I was diegnosted Bi-Polar last year.After I got out of the hospital I stopped taking my meds.I was doing ok but lately its been showing BAD.My mood swings are consting and dramatic.Just lastnight I was joking around with a friend then I got really depressed and started crying and my SI sky rocked.I think I should go back on my meds cause theres no way Im letting myself get put back in the hospital.But I don't know if its the right thing to do.I hate taking them so much.

Please take your meds. The last thing we need is people with mental disorders (Yes Bi-polar is a mental disorder) not taking the meds and potentially hurting innocent bystanders or themselves.
